We store your information in a secure environment accessible only to the owner and website manager. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Our website does not use cookies or any tracking technologies.

Currently, we do not send marketing emails. If this changes, you will have the option to opt out of receiving such communications.

Terms & Conditions
Valley Pool Care – Balanced Poolz Service Agreement – 2026
The parties agree that the customer has contracted Valley Pool Care – Balanced Poolz to perform pool maintenance at the address specified below. This is a monthly service contract, and the customer agrees to pay Balanced Poolz monthly following service. In the event the customer fails to pay by the payment date, the contract will be terminated and the customer will still owe the previous month’s unpaid balance.
Service Frequency & Fees
Valley Pool Care – Balanced Poolz will provide pool service once a week at the customer’s stated address. Customers may request pool service twice a week for an additional cost each month. Valley Pool Care – Balanced Poolz will designate the service day.
Circumstances such as bad weather, illness, or holidays may affect or prevent Valley Pool Care – Balanced Poolz from performing pool and/or spa maintenance. Service may be postponed to a different day of that week or the next. Pool service will not be provided during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.
Weather Conditions
In inclement weather on the scheduled service date, the pool will be cleaned as much as weather permits, and chemicals will be added as needed. During light rain, service may continue; if rain intensifies, a mini-cleaning will be conducted (emptying baskets and adding chemicals) or service postponed. Pools will not be serviced if lightning is within a dangerous radius.
During monsoon season, cleaning may take an additional 20 minutes. Additional storm clean-up is billed case-by-case.
Pool Area Access
Customers must ensure Valley Pool Care – Balanced Poolz has access on the scheduled service day, including gate codes, lock combinations, security guard verification, and pet relocation. If access is not available, service will not be performed and customers will be billed as usual. A maintenance dose of chlorine tabs will be left for tab-maintained pools.
Vacation & Holidays
Valley Pool Care – Balanced Poolz is closed and will not provide service during:
Thanksgiving Week
Christmas Week
Two weeks during the off-season (at Valley Pool Care – Balanced Poolz discretion)
No credit is issued for these closings; billing is for a 48-week year, offsetting service gaps.
Services Provided Weekly
Brush pool walls, steps, and benches
Skim pool surface and floor
Empty baskets (skimmer, pump, leaf catcher/canister)
Test and balance water chemistry
Inspect pool equipment operation
Backwash as needed
A properly working in-floor cleaning system or suction side cleaner is required.
Chemicals Included
Chlorine tablets
Liquid chlorine (up to one gallon/month)
Muriatic acid (up to one gallon/month)
Sodium bicarbonate
Soda ash
Diatomaceous earth powder
Other chemicals are extra charges.
Filter Cleanings & Salt Cells
Filter cleanings occur every six months ($125 each), typically around March and September or sooner if pressure gauge increases by 10 PSI. Filter cleanings are done by professionals for safety, with before-and-after photos provided. Filter cleanings are automatically approved upon agreement signing.
Salt cell cleanings are done as needed, every three months ($30 per cleaning), automatically approved upon signing.
PoolRx® Annual Treatment
Each May, a PoolRx® mineral purifier is added to help prevent algae, reduce chlorine use, and improve clarity. This treatment costs $65/year, charged on installation day. Customers may opt out.
Repairs & Diagnostics
Repairs are not included in monthly fees. Repairs under $50 are performed immediately and charged separately. Repairs over $50 require prior customer authorization.
Payment
A card on file is required for post-paid customers, charged the last day of each month for services received. Failed payments prompt customer notification to update card; services pause if not updated.
Accepted payments for prepaid customers include Zelle, Venmo, mailed checks, or bank bill pay. Technicians do not accept payment directly.
Disclaimer
Valley Pool Care – Balanced Poolz is not responsible for damage due to acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse, or abuse. Normal equipment deterioration occurs due to chemical exposure, sunlight, and corrosive materials. Customers are responsible for damage from failure to maintain pools or follow professional service recommendations. Valley Pool Care – Balanced Poolz is not responsible for pool surface deterioration due to chemical use or age.
By signing, the customer agrees to pay Valley Pool Care – Balanced Poolz. If collection in small claims court is necessary, the customer agrees to reimburse court fees.
Termination of Contract
This monthly service agreement continues until terminated by either party. Service will continue through the end of the paid month.
